The Pretoria Boeremark is one of my absolute favourites – and I never leave hungry! They have so many food options for brekkie as well as being able to buy your groceries for the week – fruit, veg, meat, dairy products – you name it, its fresh from the farm and there for you to buy! Let’s not get started on the sweet things! Biscuits, cakes, pancakes, fudge..
Definitely worth the trip coming from Joburg. Dogs are allowed so you can bring your doggies too.
They have lots of tables and chairs for you to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee or some breakfast, catch up with friends and enjoy the morning out.
I am a huge fan, so much so that I don’t mind getting up before the birds to get here! Market opens between 5 and 5.30, depending on whether it is Winter or Summer.
Get their early so you can beat the crowds – some stalls sell out of their goodies within the first hour. Market closes around 9ish so this really is an early morning adventure!
